Conference > Arab Economies: situation and prospects one year after the Tunisian Revolution
The objective of this workshop is to take stock of post revolution Tunisian, Egyptian and Libyan economies and to analyze the ongoing changes in view of their potential unfolding in other Arab countries. What are the chances of an economic recovery in Tunisia and what are its enabling conditions? What are the consequences of these changes on the Euro-Mediterranean relations, the renegotiation of the association agreements, the creation of a big regional market, the role of Turkey in the region… GDR I DREEM will gather in this meeting economists and political scientists who will be given the time to share their views and insights while providing a forum for an open and hopefully profound debate with the audience.
