Toulouse, 17, october : feedback on the second Francophone Meetings on Legumes

On October 17 and 18, 2018, the 2nd Francophone Meetings on Legumes (RFL2) took place in Toulouse.
Jean-Louis RASTOIN, member of the Scientific Committee of IPEMED, spoke in plenary on the theme: "Geopolitics of food security: an issue for the vertical AME (Africa-Mediterranean-Europe)".
