Interview of Louis Boisgibault - Energy challenges of Mediterranean countries

On the occasion of the COP21 and of the conference organized by the IPEMED in the Espace générations climat (Bourget), Louis Boisgibault, teacher - researcher in the Sorbonne Universities and associate-expert of IPEMED, talks about energy challenges faced by Mediterranean countries as well as Euro-Mediterranean cooperation. He also proposes some recommendations to favour regional integration taking into account that COP22 will take place in Morocco
