Signature of a MoU between ADNE and IPEMED during GDW 2018

During a mission to Brussels, Jean-louis Guigou and Jean-Marie Paintendre signed a MOU with Marie-Chantal Uwitonze, president of the African Diaspora Network in Europe -ADNE.
Jean-Louis Guigou spoke at the European Parliament in the inaugural session of the Global Diaspora Week 2018 -GDW- organized by the ADNE.
The GDW highlights the contributions of African diasporas to economic development and promotes contacts and collaboration between the various associations.
This IPEMED commitment is part of the continuation of the Diasporas Forum, held in Paris on June 22nd, which was a great success.
