Published : Friday 25 November 2016

On 1st December 2016, the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco and the OCP Policy Center are organising, at the Académie Diplomatique Internationale of Paris, a meeting on the following topic: “In a changing Euro-Mediterranean-African space, what partnership between France and Morocco?” Our President, Jean-Louis Guigou, is taking part in this event on the following topic: “Challenges of sustainable development: What levers of inclusive growth for Morocco and the African continent?”

Programme of the conference:

The fight against terrorism, security issues and illegal immigration are common challenges facing France and Morocco. They are now part of both countries’ political agendas. Morocco, the stronger country in the South of the Mediterranean, is willing to become a hub between Europe and Africa by developing a triangular cooperation with France. Besides, security must be combined with sustainable development, growth, education, employment, etc.
