Call for self-nominations of authors for the 1st MedECC Assessment Report (MAR1)

MedECC, the network of Mediterranean Experts on Climate and Environmental Change, has the goal to provide scientific information about environmental issues of concern in the Mediterranean region, and you have expressed interest to participate.
Submit your application for Coordinating Lead Authors, and Lead Authors for the first MedECC Assessment Report on the current state and risks of climate and environmental change in the Mediterranean. Conducted in English, this report, which will be the result of a shared and voluntary work by Mediterranean experts and scientists from various disciplines (economy, environment, climate, political science, social sciences...), aims to be a source of discussion and information for policy makers.
Based on the critical evaluation of all available scientific literature, the purpose of this report is to provide a comprehensive, objective, open and transparent scientific assessment. Therefore, the MedECC requires that the authors have appropriate expertise.
You are invited to have a look at this call for self-nominations and the outline for more information at MedCC website.
Applications must include the enclosed form, indicate the (sub-)chapter(s) to which the author wish to contribute, author’s role(s), key area of expertise and be accompanied by a curriculum vitae (up to 4 pages) in English.
